SFB is Nuneaton's biggest accountancy practice and is a client we provide ongoing marketing consultancy for. Having been in business for over 50 years, they already had a good established business and level of success and were looking for marketing activities that would take them to the next level. We came in to project manage their entire marketing campaign to help them achieve that goal.
What Mischievous Marketing did:
- Analysed the front office and offered feedback from our experience and by sending in mystery shoppers.
- Planned networking events for them to host in order to up-sell to existing clients and encourage referrals.
- Designed and created flyers, fact sheets and other literature for them to send to clients and prospective clients.
- Redeveloped their website, adding photography of their team to give them a human appeal and move them away from the image people have of accountants being stuffy.
