Your right to privacy is important to Mischievous Marketing. We are fully registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and we ensure we comply with all protection the Act affords to you.

2. Collection of Data
In some areas of our website, for example Mischievous Moments, we ask visitors to provide information that will enable us to enhance your site, visit or reply to you after your visit. This would include where you subscribe to any online newsletters or provide feedback to us through a contact form.

When you do so we ask you to give us your name, email address and other personal information that will be needed to supply the services to you. In relation to any regular “e-contact” for example the email newsletters you can ‘unsubscribe’ at any time. We (and/or carefully selected others) may use (and you consent to our using) your personal data for future email mailings, support, notification of new products or new versions, general correspondence regarding the products and correspondence which may relate to you.

If you would rather not receive future marketing emails from us please inform us by email at hannah@mischievousmarketing.co.uk

The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your relationship with us. We do not disclose or sell your information outside our business except if we sell the whole or part of our business.

3. Cookies
A cookie is a message given to a web browser by a web server. The message is then stored by the browser in a text file called cookie.txt. Each time the browser requests a page from the server, this message is sent back. A cookie’s main objective is to identify users and personalise their visit by customising web pages for them, for example by welcoming them by name next time they visit the same site. A site using cookies will usually invite you to provide personal information such as your name, email address and interests. This means you do not have to log on each time you enter the site to receive certain information.

We use cookies for collecting user information from the site and we will only collect that which is required for system administration of the Web server and otherwise as described above.
